Cloudflight Announces New Leadership – Commencement of the Next Development Phase with Dr. Martin Endress as CEO

Munich, January 24th, 2024 – Cloudflight, a renowned provider of digital engineering and transformation services in Europe, announces a change in the leadership team to further accelerate growth.

In 2023 Cloudflight continued to demonstrate its excellence in bespoke software development, human machine interface and e-commerce projects for a large number of clients. For 2024 the focus will be on taking full advantage of the given market opportunities, especially in cloud native development and artificial intelligence, winning new clients and further accelerating the company’s growth in its core markets Austria, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands.

Against this background, the supervisory board of Cloudflight has mandated a change in the executive leadership. It appoints Dr. Martin Endress as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Christian Bigatà as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

Dr. Endress has worked for leading companies such as Microsoft, The Boston Consulting Group and E.ON and recently served as executive board member of IONOS. He has successfully scaled businesses and has profound expertise on cloud computing and AI technology. Mr. Christian Bigatà is a seasoned CFO in software and tech growth companies such as MEDIFOX DAN, IONOS and Software AG, where he has driven the organic/M&A growth strategy and scaled finance organizations across multiple geographies.

The board would like to express its sincere thanks to the departing executives Dr. Roger Kehl and Christoph Oberhaus and Piotr Maksim for their significant contribution to the company and their outstanding performance over the past years. The board wishes Roger, Christoph and Piotr all the best for their future endeavours.
